My name is Annah Burgess, the artist behind Dirty Burgess Ceramics. I am a long time artist who started a love affair with ceramics a year and a half ago. I work at my kitchen table, exclusively hand building, between caring for my kiddos, working as a labor and delivery nurse, and going on adventures, traveling, hiking, and generally making a ruckus wherever I go.

I'm a spirted feminist, fat activist, nature enthusiast, and globetrotter whose passions are reflected in my art. I hope my ceramics bring you and your community smiles, power, and beauty. I hope they inspire you to embrace and celebrate your perfectly imperfect self and this imperfect world. Finally, I hope my creations remind you of how much fun it is to get a little dirty.
